NEET exam result is now declared and available on the official website, cbseneet.nic.in. The examination for admission at various medical colleges in India was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
The exam consisted of one paper with 180 objective type questions from physics, chemistry, and biology. CBSE had on May 25 released the answer key of the NEET 2018. Candidates could challenge the answer key until 5 pm on May 27.
Kalpana Kumari, a Delhi resident, scored the highest marks in this year’s NEET. Kumari had a percentile of 99.99 in NEET 2018, according to the Central Board of Security Education, which conducts the exam for government and private medical and dental colleges. She got 171 marks out of 180 in physics, 160 in chemistry and 360 out of 360 in biology, which combined botany and zoology, to get 691 marks out of 720 in NEET result 2018.
According to CBSE, more than 13 lakh candidates registered for NEET 2018 on May 6 compared to 11.5 lakh last year. There are 60,000 seats in medical and dental institutes across the country.
The examination was first introduced in May 2013 and was quickly scrapped in 2014, making way for various states conducting separate Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions to medical and dental institutes in their states. In 2016, the Supreme Court of India reinforced the compulsion on NEET, making it the single window entrance exam for admission to all medical and dental institutes across the country.

– Enter your roll number and other relevant details
– Click on submit to download your results. Download the CBSE NEET 2018 result and take a print out of the same for future references.
